Nono Xu has been in the fashion industry since 2007, starting as a Merchandiser at Toppy. nono then moved to Texwood and Apple Limited in 2009 as a Senior Merchandiser. In 2011, they joined PVH Corp. as a Buyer. nono then moved to Clarks in 2017 as an Assistant Manager and is currently a Buying Manager at NEIWAI since 2020.

Nono Xu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from East China University of Science and Technology between 2002 and 2006.
