Matthew Socci, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Controller at Nekoosa since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant Controller. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at The Bonadio Group from December 2015 to March 2021 as an Audit Manager, Senior Accountant Audit, and Audit Assistant. Matthew's foundational experience includes tax preparation with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) in 2015, performing high-volume tasks and earning an award for dedication. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University, where involvement included roles as Intramural Staff, McQuade Intern, and Tutor. Additional internship experience encompasses accounting and finance with Camara Learning Limited, where Matthew contributed to the development of accounting systems and processes.
