Richard Zammitti

Richard Zammitti has a strong background in the facility management and life safety industry. Richard currently serves as the President of Nelbud Services Group, Inc., where they lead the company in providing comprehensive solutions and services in the life safety space. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Vice President of North America Integrated Facility Management Services at ISS Integrated Facility Services NA. Richard also held various leadership positions at Tyco SimplexGrinnell, including Senior Director of North America Service Solutions & Operations and Region Director for the Northeast. Before that, they worked at Honeywell as a Region Director for Northeast Building & Industrial Controls. Throughout their career, Zammitti has demonstrated a track record of improving operational performance, driving sales growth, and optimizing margins.

Richard Zammitti has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Finance from Nichols College. Richard also holds a certification as a 6 Sigma Black Belt from Honeywell.
