Jennifer Vargas

Jennifer Vargas is an experienced professional with a strong background in document control and customer service. Currently serving as a Document Controller and Data Entry specialist at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging since April 2017, Jennifer previously worked as an Associates National Service Specialist at Amica Mutual Insurance, managing claim calls for homeowners and auto insurance. Earlier experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Limage Company, where Jennifer assisted Spanish-speaking customers and handled jewelry products, and in printing and customer service at MCM Technology with similar responsibilities. Jennifer holds an Associate's degree in Business Operations Support and Assistant Services and another Associate's degree in General Studies from Year Up Community College, as well as a high school diploma from Hazleton Area High School.
