Katja Schwab, LL.M. (née Zaykova) is an experienced financial operations director with a robust background in credit risk management, collections, and contract operations. Currently serving as Director of Financial Operations at Nelly Solutions since January 2025, Katja previously held the position of Director of Collections and Contract Management at Enpal, where leadership was provided to a team of over 20 employees. Prior roles include Head of Credit Risk Portfolio Management and Senior Operations Manager Lending at solarisBank AG, where Katja was instrumental in team structuring and developing a data-driven credit risk process. Experience also includes leadership roles at Daimler Group Services Berlin, BAG Bankaktiengesellschaft, and ElectronicPartner Handel SE, coupled with an educational foundation that includes an LL.M. from the University of Münster and certification as a Credit Risk Manager.
