Jennifer Mackintosh

Jennifer Mackintosh has had an extensive and diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jennifer most recently served as the Chief Risk Officer and BSA/AML Officer at Nelnet Bank starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Anti Money Laundering at PayPal from June 2017 to August 2019. Jennifer also held various roles at American Express, including Vice President - Global Financial Crimes Compliance, BSA/AML Officer from December 2009 to June 2017, and Chief Compliance Officer American Express Centurion Bank / Director, Internal Audit from October 1998 to September 2005. Jennifer also worked as a BSA/AML Compliance Officer at GE Capital Financial from November 2008 to December 2009, and as the Chief Compliance Officer/CRA Officer at Lehman Brothers from October 2005 to November 2008. Jennifer's career in the financial industry began at GE Capital where they worked in accounting and finance from September 1995 to September 1998.

Jennifer Mackintosh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
