Emily Olinger

Emily Olinger is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in people services and client support. Currently serving as the Chief People Services Officer at Nelnet since March 2024, Emily previously held roles including Chief People Officer at Monolith and Chief People Officer at Spreetail, where efforts focused on talent acquisition, development, and enhancing employee experience. Emily has also contributed as a Board Member at The Hub Central Access Point for Young Adults, supporting young people transitioning to adulthood, and has a strong background in client service management from previous positions at National Research Corporation and Talent Plus, Inc. An alumna of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Emily has demonstrated a commitment to developing effective teams and strategies throughout a progressive career.
