Molly Skoog

Molly Skoog is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Nelnet since September 2022, Skoog focuses on streamlining processes and enhancing product compliance in an Agile environment. Prior to this role, Skoog spent a decade at PayPal, where duties included championing customer experience and leading a team dedicated to process improvements. Earlier career roles included managerial positions in sales and account management at First National Merchant Solutions and First National Bank of Omaha, as well as a position as Projects Assistant at the University of Nebraska.
