Wendi Beck

Wendi Beck is an experienced payroll and operations professional with a robust background in managing payroll systems and processes. Currently serving as Managing Director at Nelnet since February 2006, Wendi has held various titles, including Director of Payroll & Benefits and Payroll Manager, overseeing the payroll for 2,500 associates across multiple states using PDS Software. Prior to Nelnet, Wendi worked as Operations Manager at DS Resources Inc, playing a crucial role in growing the startup from 3 to 40 clients within two years. Additionally, Wendi served as Payroll Manager at Mosaic Capital from 1996 to 2003. Wendi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Nebraska Wesleyan University, earned between 1983 and 1991.
