At Visioneering, Lenore was involved in leadership, coaching, and strategy, focusing on visioning, marketing strategy, and product development strategy. Lenore worked at McGraw-Hill Education as the Director of Learning Solutions & Product Development and as the Executive Publisher. Lenore also held the position of General Manager of Math & Science at Nelson Education Ltd, where they led a strategic business unit and received the Thomson Nelson 'Award for Technology Innovation'. Additionally, Lenore worked at Fidelity National Information Solutions and LeadingEdge Payroll Group as a Director of Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Their career started at CCH Canadian Limited as the Director of Editorial & Strategic Partnerships in the legal, business, and HR fields.
