Sarem Yesus

Sarem Yesus has a strong background in human resources and people management. Sarem is currently working as the Executive Director of People and Engagement at Nelson since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Blackcart from June 2021 to July 2023. Sarem also worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at dentalcorp from October 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they held the position of Manager, HRBP at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from May 2018 to October 2020. Sarem has experience in various HR roles, including Generalist and Senior HR Consultant, at organizations such as Dream Unlimited, Bespoke Services Pty Ltd, Global CCS Institute, PETRONAS Energy Trading Ltd, SThree plc, and PwC.

Sarem Yesus earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University in 2009. In 2012, they pursued a Master of International Business degree at the same university. Furthermore, in 2014 to 2015, Sarem attended the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD) and obtained a Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice.
