Catherine Carter

Catherine Carter is an experienced project engineer and administrator with a career spanning several decades in the electrical industry and government construction. Currently serving as a project engineer at Nelson Electric, Inc. since June 2011, Catherine has effectively coordinated material purchases, submittals, and operational documentation while overseeing RFI, submittal, and change order logs. Previous roles include project administrator/office manager at Lighthouse Electrical Group, LLC., project engineer positions at companies such as Sasco Electric and Paragon International, and a project administrator/secretary role with the State of Utah, where government construction processes were managed. Catherine also has a background in international sales as an executive secretary and sales manager at Hoyt USA. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University.
