Founded in 1998, Nelson Group is a leader in real estate development in Massachusetts. We specialize in creating beautiful, high-quality homes designed with families in mind. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every project we undertake.

For the first 12 years, Nelson Group focused on general contracting services. We helped families build their dream homes by simplifying construction processes and delivering exceptional customer service. This period allowed us to establish strong relationships with the Boston community and gain a reputation for reliability.

In 2010, we transitioned exclusively to real estate development. This shift allowed us to leverage our industry experience and network of trusted subcontractors. Today, Nelson Group stands out for our commitment to quality, community, and customer satisfaction.
