Kersten Ross

Kersten Ross has extensive experience in leadership roles within the supply chain and logistics sectors, currently serving as General Manager, Customer at Pro-Pac Packaging since January 2022. Previously, Ross held the position of General Manager, Commercial and Customer at LINX Cargo Care Group, driving strategic growth and business development. Other key roles include serving as an Ambassador and Steering Committee Member for Wayfinder: Supply Chain Careers for Women, and leading a significant transport transition project for Air Liquide. Ross also held various management positions at Viva Energy Australia, where responsibilities included overseeing transport sales and P&L performance, and at Shell, managing the bulk fuel supply chain. Educational qualifications include an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a degree in Biochemistry from Swinburne University of Technology, complemented by an Executive Leadership Development Program at Melbourne Business School.
