Franklin Chou

Franklin Chou is a legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently, Franklin serves as a Senior Associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough since March 2020, having previously held the position of Associate. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at PeerIQ from September 2017 to March 2020, where Franklin focused on legal matters for a New York-based consumer credit data analytics startup acquired by Cross River. Franklin also gained valuable judicial experience as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable David F. Bauman in the New Jersey Criminal Division from August 2016 to August 2017, and as a Legal Extern at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office in early 2015. Education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), cum laude, in Law, Technology, Culture, with a minor in Applied Mathematics from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Franklin is a graduate of Old Bridge High School, class of 2010.
