Jason Sharp

Jason Sharp is an experienced business litigator with a strong track record in client advocacy, currently serving as Of Counsel, Special Counsel, and Senior Attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP and Foley Gardere since March 2017. Sharp has extensive experience managing complex business litigation, including trade-secret disputes and employment law. Previously, Sharp held positions as a Partner at LeClairRyan and a Senior Attorney at Godwin Lewis PC, where involvement in high-profile cases such as the Deepwater Horizon litigation occurred. Early career roles included positions at Schwartz Junell Greenberg and Coats|Rose, where Sharp developed proficiency in insurance claims, products liability, and appellate law. Sharp is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and a B.A. in History from Sam Houston State University.
