Michael Rubinger

Michael Rubinger is an accomplished M&A and corporate lawyer, currently serving as a partner at Nelson Mullins. Previously, Michael held partnership positions at DLA Piper LLP (US) and Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Michael also served as Corporate & Securities Counsel at Interface, Inc., and began a legal career as an associate at King & Spalding. Michael earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business in 1990.
