Tim Gallagher

Tim Gallagher currently serves as the Office Managing Partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough since March 2023. Prior to this role, Gallagher was the Partner-In-Charge of the Pittsburgh Office at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP from June 2018 to March 2023, where representation of clients involved various matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and international business transactions. Gallagher also held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at FFC Capital Corporation from February 2012 to June 2018, overseeing legal matters for a family office focused on real estate investments. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP (January 2006 - February 2012) and an Associate at DKW Law Group, LLC (September 2004 - December 2005), emphasizing corporate and M&A practices. Gallagher holds an MBA and JD from Duquesne University, completed in January 2004.
