Neil Picone

Neil Picone has a solid work experience history, primarily with Nelson Westerberg, Inc. Neil started in 1999 with the company, holding various roles in account services, customer service, and logistics. In these roles, they focused on customer satisfaction and built strong relationships with corporate accounts in a relocation setting. Neil was promoted from cross-functional support roles in packing, loading, and delivery. Neil worked with Nelson Westerberg, Inc. until 2007. Neil then joined Nelson Westerberg, Inc. again in 2014, starting as a Local Operations Dispatcher and later becoming the Director of Operations in December 2019.

Neil Picone earned a B.S. in Business Administration/ Facilities Management from Centenary University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Raritan Valley Community College in 2005. Additionally, Neil has obtained certifications including being a licensed Insurance Producer and having expertise in Life Insurance, Accident, Health or Sickness specific to New Jersey in 2008.
