Paul has experience with large data sets, transit planning, and active transportation. He has analyzed areas of last-mile transit needs in Washington County, Oregon; conducted an analysis of the pedestrian environment along roadways in Rochester, Minnesota; developed transit service change scenarios in Anchorage: and conducted a study of on-street parking in Eugene, Oregon.
