Claire Healy

Claire Healy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People at Nelsons since April 2024. Prior to this role, Claire held the position of Head of HR at WHISTLES from March 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included driving the people strategy and engaging teams across various levels. Claire's earlier experience includes serving as Head of HR at Phase Eight (Fashion & Designs) Ltd., and providing HR consultancy services at Business Clan and as a freelancer. Claire's career began at Liberty, where various roles included HR Manager and HR Business Partner, followed by significant experience at Estee Lauder Group of Companies as HR Lead Business Partner. Claire holds an MA in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a BA in French and German Dual Hons from The University of Sheffield.
