Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin has over eight years of experience in the hospitality and communications industries. Currently serving as Reservations Manager at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort since May 2015, Jennifer has held roles including Reservations Supervisor and Reservation Consultant, focusing on guest interaction and customer satisfaction. Prior experience at Morguen Toole Company as a Communications and Server involved management responsibilities, promotion updates, and media campaign creation. Jennifer holds a degree in Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, completed in 2015, following graduation from Berlin Brothersvalley High School in 2012.
