Kiley Floyd

Kiley Floyd has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kiley started their career in 1988 as the Vice President at Kansas Hospital Association Associated Purchasing, where they managed contracting staff, developed contracts, and maintained vendor relations for hospitals in Kansas and Missouri. In 2000, they joined Osborne County Memorial Hospital as the Hospital Administrator, a role they held for 16 years. Since 2016, they have been serving as the CEO of Nemaha Valley Community Hospital.

Kiley Floyd completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Rockhurst University from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, Kiley obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kansas State University from 1979 to 1983. Apart from the formal education, Kiley also holds a certification as an HRET Action Leader Fellow from the American Hospital Association, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
