Alexander Pickert

Alexander Pickert has been with Nemak since April 2015, serving as HR Innovation & Technologies Leader and HR Systems Leader, where responsibilities include administering the SAP SuccessFactors suite and enhancing HR solutions and processes. Prior experience includes a freelance consultancy with Nemak from 2005 to 2015 and a role as a German teacher and IT consultant at Centro Cultural Alemán A.C. from October 2003 to January 2013. Earlier in the career, Alexander held positions as a Test and Quality Engineer at Automotive Lighting and conducted research related to fuel cell technology at Xcellsis GmbH. Alexander holds a degree in Process and Environmental Technology from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.
