Lorena Alejandra Mejia Ramos has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HRBP Sr Specialist for Staff Functions Americas at Nemak since July 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional collaboration and managing key performance indicators to enhance organizational performance.
