Teodoro Guzman

Teodoro Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Plant Manager for the Prototype Development Center and Electric Mobility Centers at Nemak since April 2010. Guzman has played a pivotal role in co-designing and delivering prototypes aimed at transitioning to zero-emissions mobility, transforming a previously outdated plant into a world-class manufacturing facility. Previously, Guzman held various positions at Nemak, including Lean Manufacturing Manager and Program Manager for the High-Pressure Die Casting Plant, as well as roles in commercial strategy and industrial engineering. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic Operations from Cornell University, a degree in Manufacturing Management from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.
