Paulina Rydzewska

Paulina Rydzewska has a wealth of experience in the customer service and marketing sectors. Paulina began their career in 2015 as a Sales Assistant at Wrzos Florist, where they successfully built relationships with customers to increase the likelihood of repeat business. In 2016, they held the role of Head Waitress at both Sielanka Restaurant and Lumaca Restaurant, where they provided professional, friendly and engaging service and successfully raised the number of regular customers. In 2017, they were a Head Waitress at Efes Mangal Restaurant, where they managed and assisted the organisation of previously arranged events and celebrations. In 2018, they worked as a Waitress at Queen of Bradgate and a Warehouse Associate at Amazon. In 2020, they were a Business, Operations and Marketing Intern at Bright Network, where they gained insight into the fiercely competitive sector. Finally, in 2021 they were a Marketing Assistant at NEMAURA PHARMA LIMITED. From 2019 to 2020, Paulina was also a Careers and Placements Marketing Assistant at De Montfort University, where they effectively managed their time and met deadlines while undertaking a split role across four teams. Paulina planned, organised and promoted events around the university with student attendance up to 650 and created marketing materials promoting ongoing opportunities and student services using Adobe Illustrator software.

Paulina Rydzewska obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from De Montfort University between 2017 and 2021. Paulina also obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, such as the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM), Hootsuite, and LinkedIn, between 2020 and 2021.
