Marvin Gardner

Marvin Gardner is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and capability development across multiple organizations. Currently serving at Nemean Solutions, LLC in Integration, Transition and Sustainment, Marvin has held significant roles, including Capability Development Manager at both Booz Allen Hamilton and MBO Partners. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at SAIC, where Marvin led for the Maneuver Battle Lab, and Senior Manager/Company First Sergeant in the US Army, overseeing the welfare of over 1,200 students and employees. Marvin holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from TUI University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trident University International, and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Troy University.
