Dena Grablowsky

Dena Grablowsky, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in executive consulting and strategic human resources management. As the President and Chief HR Consultant at DKG Executive Consulting, LLC since 2014, Dena specializes in various HR engagements, including M&A due diligence, organizational development, executive coaching, and performance management program redesign. In addition, Dena has served as a Senior Strategic HR Consultant for multiple organizations since 2019, providing HR assessments, leadership training, and employee relations support. Academically, Dena holds advanced certificates from UCLA Anderson School of Management and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, along with a double BA in History and Religious Studies from Tulane University.
