Lucas Mignot

Lucas MIGNOT is a skilled professional in the field of plastics engineering, currently serving as a Regleur confirmé (Pilote) at NEMERA since September 2023, where responsibilities include tool assembly and disassembly, production start-up, problem diagnostics, quality defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, Lucas worked as a Plasturgiste focusing on eco-design and materials plastics at TEXEN, and has held positions at NEMERA as a Technicien injection plastique, and at SOVILEC as a Formeur plexi. Lucas has completed a Licence in Eco-conception and materials plastics from both Polyvia Solutions and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, in addition to earning a BTS in Injection plastique and a Baccalauréat professionnel in Enseigne et signaletique.
