Rafal Szymanski

Rafal Szymanski currently serves as the Planning Leader at NEMERA since January 2024, focusing on the development of planning tools, team organization, component demand planning, and S&OP data analysis. Responsibilities also include establishing and monitoring KPI metrics, streamlining planning processes, and ensuring data consistency in SAP. Prior to this role, Rafal was a Senior Production Planner at Bridgestone EMEA from September 2011 to December 2023, where duties encompassed production planning, interdepartmental collaboration, forecasting, and coordination of shipment and production processes across European factories. Rafal holds a Master of Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, obtained from 2005 to 2010.
