Thierry Decock is currently the R&D and Capabilities Director at NEMERA, where they have held various roles since 2019, including Device Development Leader and Technology Product Manager. Prior to this, they worked as a Design Engineer at several companies including ITT Industries, ARO Welding Technologies, and Motorola. Thierry also gained experience as a Senior Design Engineer at Rexam Healthcare from 2008 to 2014. They earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Strasbourg between 2001 and 2004.
