Viyas Sundaram

Viyas Sundaram is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Growth Officer at Nemetschek Group and the Executive Chairman at XTM International, Viyas also holds the position of Founder at The Fountain Inn DC, a historic establishment dating back to 1783. As the Owner of Mortgage Hall Estate, a 121-acre venue in Loudoun County, Viyas focuses on bespoke events. Viyas contributes to UZIO as an Advisor and plays a vital role on the Board of Governors and Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Since founding Sundaram Development in 2010, Viyas has specialized in restoring historic properties, enhancing their functionality while preserving their legacy. Previously, Viyas was the Chief Executive Officer of GoCanvas and held significant roles at RapidSOS and The Posse Foundation. Viyas holds an MBA in Organizational Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Emory University.
