Denys Grytsiak

Denys Grytsiak has a diverse work experience in various legal positions. Denys has worked as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Nemiroff since November 2019, overseeing complex legal and compliance support for the company's business activities. Prior to that, they served as the Deputy Director of the Legal Department at UMG Holdings from August 2015 to November 2019. In this role, they managed a legal team and provided legal support for strategic business projects with partners and investors. Denys also worked at Savik Shuster Studio as the Head of the Legal Department from August 2012 to August 2015. Before that, they held positions at Denovo, Free Media Ukraine GMBH (Adevarul Holding), Joint-stock company "Ukrainian Automobile Corporation" (UkrAUTO), and the National Legal Chamber. Throughout their career, Denys Grytsiak has gained experience in managing legal teams, conducting due diligence, tax planning, and negotiating agreements.

Denys Grytsiak holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Political Science and Government from the V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, earned between 2009 and 2012. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master's degree in International Economic Law from Kyiv National Economics University, completed in 2008. Earlier, they received a Bachelor's degree in Economic Law from the same university, attained in 2007. In addition to their academic achievements, Grytsiak also obtained an attorney's certificate (Advocacy) in 2016.
