Roman Gudym has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Roman began their career at Procter & Gamble as an Assistant Brand Manager in 1996, and later became a Brand Manager. In 2003, they joined May Company as a Marketing Manager, before moving on to The Gillette Company as a Trade Marketing Manager in 2004. Roman then worked at Reckitt Benckiser as a Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2008. Roman subsequently joined GlaxoSmithKline, where they served as a Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2011, and later as the CEE Area Marketing Manager for Pain Management from 2011 to 2013. In 2015, they founded the Founder Institute Warsaw. Currently, Roman Gudym is the Marketing Director C&BI at Nemiroff, a position they have held since October 2019.

Roman Gudym holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kiev-Mohyla Business School, obtained in 2014. Roman also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija'. Additionally, Gudym has obtained multiple certifications in various subjects including data visualization, visual communication for business, digital marketing, consulting foundations, marketing, web design and development, mobile marketing, social media marketing, and more.
