Carsten Pedersen has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Kategorichef/manager/Sommelier for vin, spritus, and special øl at nemlig.com since March 2012, with previous roles including Vinindkøber/Sommelier and Produktchef/Product Manager. Prior experience includes consulting for food and beverage at Danish-wine-academy.dk, ownership of Dansk-Vin-Akademi.dk providing consulting in food and wine, and managing food and beverage operations at Holmegaard Park A/S and Hotel Vinhuset. Carsten has also contributed as a F&B organizer and educator at Copenhagen Hospitality College. Educational qualifications include sommelier training at vinakademiet and various degrees from Copenhagen Hospitality College and DTL.
