Russ Spears, MHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the AVP of Human Resources Business Partners at Nemours. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Florida & Delaware Valley and Human Resources Business Partner at Nemours. Prior to this, Russ worked at Orlando Health as a Human Resources Business Partner and held various leadership positions at Orange County Public Schools, including Director of Human Resources for Compliance & Recruiting. Experience also includes roles at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on diversity and inclusion, and at Walt Disney World in security management and college recruiting. Russ holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College.
