Enric Gilabert

Co-Founder and CPO at Nemuru

Enric Gilabert is a highly experienced professional in the fields of data-oriented solutions and machine learning models. Enric began their career in 2006 as an intern at LATECOERE, where they designed and analyzed a rolling structure of the circus artiste Johann Le Guillem (la Motte). In 2008, they completed an internship at the Institut Cerdà, working in the Energy and Climate Change division on consulting projects to improve energy efficiency. In 2009, they worked as a Project Engineer at INYPSA, where they conducted a consulting study of the reuse of wastewater from the WWTP of Besòs, Barcelona. In 2010, they became a Project Manager at Abantia, where they were responsible for a Solar field EPC project manager for a concentrated solar power plant with parabolic trough technology in Borges Blanques (22,5MW). From 2015-2018, they worked at Bluecap Management Consulting as a Team Manager, where they were independently responsible of data-oriented solutions and machine learning models (training and deployment) for premier and leading Spanish banking institutions. Finally, in 2018, they became Co-Founder and CPO of Nemuru.

Enric Gilabert completed their Mechanical Engineer degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2003 and 2009, specializing in Vehicles & Logistics. Enric then went on to pursue an Ingénieur généraliste degree from Ecole centrale de Nantes between 2005 and 2007, again specializing in Vehicles & Logistics. In 2008 and 2009, they completed their Master Thesis from Technische Universität Wien, focusing on “Hybrid Powertrain Simulation Based on Real-world Reference Data”.
