Deborah Lio

Deborah Lio is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at NeN, a digital energy company within the A2A group, since January 2020. In this role, Deborah focuses on optimizing customer management processes through innovative strategies, emphasizing digital channels like WhatsApp. Prior roles include Customer Operations Manager at Selecta Digital Services, as well as various positions at Selecta Customer Services, Elliot - gruppo Geri hdp, ARIA spa, and GERI HDP, gaining extensive experience in customer care, billing, and credit management.
