Ingrid Veling-de Block is a seasoned HR professional and executive coach, currently serving as the Manager HR at NEN since June 2021. As the owner of Ignite coaching & consultancy, Ingrid specializes in executive and team coaching, culture change, diversity and inclusion, and interim HR management, with a focus on leadership and talent development. Ingrid co-founded Talent Capital in December 2017, addressing the growing demand for expertise in complex talent management challenges. Past roles include serving as Interim HR Director at RIPE NCC, HR Director at NN, Regional HR Director at ING Insurance Central Europe, and Manager Talent Management at ING Wholesale Banking.
