NENA: The 9-1-1 Association
Ashley Warner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency services and administrative roles. Since July 2022, Ashley has served as the Secretary and NC Wellness Director for NENA: The 9-1-1 Association. Concurrently, Ashley has been an Administrative Assistant at the Knightdale Police Department since October 2019. Prior experience includes positions at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government as a Certified Training Officer and Telecommunicator from November 2014 to October 2019, and as a Billing Specialist-Certified Ambulance Coder at Cashflow, Inc. between October 2011 and November 2014, where responsibilities included coding and processing ambulance transport claims. Earlier, Ashley worked as an EMT-Basic/Dispatcher for North State Medical Transport from May 2007 to April 2013, beginning as an EMT-B and advancing to dispatcher duties. Ashley holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
