Nancy Kolcan

Nancy Kolcan is an experienced professional in emergency services and communications, currently serving as the NENA Ohio Chapter President since January 2014, and holding various leadership roles within the organization including Vice President and Secretary. In addition to this role, Nancy Kolcan has been the 9-1-1 Coordinator for the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Safety since March 2012. Prior to these positions, Nancy Kolcan worked as a Police/Fire/EMS Dispatcher and 911 operator at the Olmsted Falls Police Department from January 2010 to December 2014.
