Marc Michaud has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist at New England Network Solutions since May 2017, Marc previously worked as an Engineering Support Coordinator at RTM Communications, where responsibilities included frontline customer contact and help desk coordination. Prior experience includes roles at Resin Systems Corp as a Casting Technician and various engineering positions at Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation, including OpenVMS Engineering Problem Manager and Customer Services Maintainability Engineer. Marc holds a diploma from Nashua Senior High School and has pursued further education at New Hampshire Vocational Technical College and Hesser College.
