Eliana Marques

Eliana Marques is a professional with experience in digital talent and culture management, currently serving as a Junior Talent & Culture specialist at Neo Consulting since June 2023. Responsibilities include managing offboarding processes and developing BCorp initiatives for social impact. Previously, Eliana was involved in Digital Talent Solutions, focusing on recruitment processes tailored to client needs. With a background in psychology, Eliana worked as a licensed psychologist at Consultorio Privado and participated in the PSIQUE Committee at AAIBA. Prior internships in professional practices were completed at Hospital Jose Tiburcio Borda and Hospital de Agudos Ramos Mejía. Eliana holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, a postgraduate degree in Psychopathology and Cognitive Psychotherapy from Universidad Favaloro, and additional qualifications in teaching psychology and mindfulness.
