Volodymyr Bubelych has worked in the IT field since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were a System Administration Specialist. In 2014, they became the Lead System Administrator at Odesskiy Sanatorium. In 2016, they were the Lead System Administrator at the Center for Medical Statistics, where they built a VPN network, supported a mail server, and repaired failed computer equipment. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Lead System Administrator at the Department of Social Family Policy Odessa administration, where they built new server infrastructure from scratch, built and configured a massive VPN network, and deployed state-level software improvements. In 2021, they began working as a DevOps Engineer at Neo Cybernetica. Additionally, in 2020, they worked as a System Administration Specialist, where they worked on a secure pipeline for data transfer between proprietary servers, configured surveillance systems and their notification services, and designed a PCB (printed circuit board) for a 3D printer.
Volodymyr Bubelych obtained their Master's degree in Physics from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University between 2010 and 2016.
