Andy Kerr

Andy Kerr is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Project Manager at New European Offshore since March 2021, Andy oversees the redevelopment of the Affleck Field and the decommissioning of the GP3 installation. Previous roles include Projects Manager and GFA Project Manager at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited, where strategic project selection and definition were key responsibilities. Andy's career includes senior consulting and project management positions at Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants and Maersk Oil North Sea UK Limited, where significant projects include the Flyndre/Cawdor Development. Early experience as a Lead Subsea Engineer at Bibby Offshore and roles at Sonsub Inc and Balfour Beatty plc strengthened project engineering and management skills. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
