Beraki Befekadu is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development teams and driving innovative projects. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at Neo Financial since February 2021, Beraki manages a team focused on payments platform enhancements and is instrumental in the recruitment process. Prior to this role, Beraki contributed as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on localization and algorithm optimization. Beraki's earlier experience includes positions at SkipTheDishes in various roles, as well as time at the Embassy of Sweden as a Migration Assistant and Interpreter.
