Matt Brown

Matt Brown, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operational Risk & Compliance at Neo Financial since June 2023. Previously, Matt held various compliance roles including Compliance Manager, Senior Compliance Specialist, and Compliance Specialist. At The Co-operators, Matt worked as the Western Group Account Manager from April 2020 to February 2023. Matt's earlier experience includes positions such as Operations Manager at Unigroup General Insurance and Operations and Marketing Manager at Unistar Special Risks Inc. Additionally, Matt served as an Account Executive at Anthony Clark Insurance and worked as a Camp Counselor for the Black Elk Hockey Program. Matt possesses a Cyber Security Diploma from Lighthouse Labs, an MBA in Marketing Management from the Australian Institute of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Mary's University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Lethbridge.
