Kyle Dietz

Kyle Dietz has a robust background in the health insurance and insurtech industries, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Neo Insurance Solutions since September 2025. Previously, Kyle held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at OneShare Health, where innovative health care sharing programs were developed. Prior to that, Kyle was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Healthcare.com, leading sales efforts for proprietary health insurance products and brokering a variety of plans. Experience also includes a Vice President role at AgentCubed, focusing on business development in the insurance sector, and extensive management roles at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing substantial sales channels and agent training. Kyle began a career in health coaching with WebMD Health Services. Educational qualifications include a BS and MS in Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington.
