Margarita Rubalcava, also known as Magui, is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at NEO Philanthropy. Prior to this role, Margarita (Magui) was the President at Sisu Philanthropy Group and the Founder and President at Borealis Philanthropy. With a background in facilitating, strategic planning, and program design, Magui has worked with various organizations such as Hispanics in Philanthropy, Otto Bremer Foundation, and General Mills Foundation. Margarita (Magui) holds a BA from UC San Diego and an MA in Economic and Political Development from Columbia | SIPA.
